WHICH SKIN TYPES ARE SPACE23SKIN PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?
All SPACE23SKIN products are entirely natural and organic. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types. Complete ingredient lists are available on each product page, and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.
ARE SPACE23SKIN PRODUCTS VEGAN OR CRUELTY-FREE?
All products are 100% organic, toxin-free, cruelty-free, and responsibly sourced. They are not vegan because we use beeswax and honey in many formulations.
ARE SPACE23SKIN PRODUCTS CLEAN?
Our products are formulated in small batches with pure, chemical-free, toxin-free, 100% organic oils and butter.
ARE SPACE23SKIN SKINCARE PRODUCTS NUT-FREE?
All of our products contain nut and seed oils/butter, and we work to fully convey this ingredient information through the ingredient list on our packaging and our website per applicable federal, state, and local regulations. However, you are advised to review the complete ingredient listings for each product before purchase and use, which can be found on our website.
ARE SPACE23SKIN PRODUCTS FRAGRANCE-FREE?
All products have a naturally occurring fragrance derived from the scent of the oils, butter, and essential oils. Due to the nature of our ingredients, this natural scent may vary slightly. No artificial fragrances or perfumes have been added to any formulation.
ARE SPACE23SKIN PRODUCTS PREGNANCY SAFE?
Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare providers for review before use.
WHAT IF A PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME?
Please email our team at info@thespace23.com, including your order number, within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll respond to any additional questions as soon as possible.
DO YOU OFFER A RECYCLING PROGRAM OR INCENTIVE?
Not at this time, although we hope to in the future.
SHIPPING
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We process and ship orders M- F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before noon EST will ship the same day. However, sometimes it can take longer, so please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get an email notification and tracking number when a tracking number has been created. Tracking may take a few hours to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.
On average, USA orders are delivered within 3-4 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner. Orders may take 2-3 business days to process before shipping.
Orders to Canada generally arrive within 5-9 business days for most provinces but can take longer, depending on the province. Please review our Canada-specific shipping FAQ for estimated transit times in each province.
We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Standard Shipping is available via USPS for $5.95 in the USA for most domestic locations (4-5 business days after fulfillment). Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $75 within the continental USA (does not apply to Priority Shipping Methods).
Priority Shipping is available for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO for $12.95. You may experience longer delivery times if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO.
Standard Shipping to Canada costs CA$15 on all orders under CA$100 and arrives within 5-9 business days. We offer free shipping on orders to Canada over CA$100.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO. We also ship to Canada.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR DUTIES OR TAXES?
For Canada, duties are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments to Canada. Tax is added separately at checkout.
WHERE CAN I BUY SPACE23SKIN IN PERSON?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We do not have any physical locations at this time, but please subscribe to our email and SMS list to receive updates on brand launches and news.
ORDERS / PAYMENTS / RETURNS
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER?
You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
Please get in touch with us immediately by emailing info@thespace23.com with your order number and pertinent info, and we will do our best to address your cancellation request. Still, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. We are not responsible for address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please email our team at info@thespace23.com. Please include your order number within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
Orders placed outside the US are non-refundable. Canadian-based orders are nonrefundable.
