• Repeat passes 5-6 times with light pressure.
• Start by placing cryo sticks in center of forehead, move outwards towards hairline near temples.
• Move to under eyes, start in the corner of eyes, and move out towards your temple.
• Move to the center of your face, to nasolabial folds, glide outwards towards your ears.
• Move to lips continuing this motion until you end by contouring the jawline.
• Include under chin area sweeping back and under the ear.
• For lymphatic drainage sweep down from center of forehead, past ear, and down the neck.
• Gently cover eyes with globes as a final touch.

• Use this cryo facial set for up to 5 minutes day or night on cleansed skin.
